Backend Engineer (Golang + ELK Stack)

We are looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer with Golang experience (or the ability to pick it up quickly). Beyond the tech, we're keen on someone who: Has strong problem-solving/debugging skills and uses their IDE effectively Communicates clearly and can both challenge and take feedback Ideally has touched infra/monitoring (CI, log aggregators like Datadog, ELK, etc.) Shows passion for the craft through past roles or personal projects The interview process will be in 3 steps: Culture fit / soft skills (us) Technical fit (us) Client fit (head of engineering of the client) Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
