Manager - App Development Industry Experience

Job Overview

We are seeking a business-driven App Business Manager to oversee and grow our app development division. Prefered This role focused on managing operations, driving marketing initiatives, generating revenue, and handling client relationships. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the business side while coordinating with the technical team for execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Management

• Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and upselling services

• Develop and execute business and marketing strategies for app services

• Identify new market opportunities, especially in UAE markets

• Manage pricing, proposals, and deal closures

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, ads, partnerships)

• Generate qualified leads and manage the sales funnel

• Work with marketing teams to position app development services effectively

• Build brand visibility and market presence

Client Management

• Handle end-to-end client communication from onboarding to delivery

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams

• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

• Manage key accounts and international clients

Operations & Team Coordination

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the app development division

• Coordinate with developers, designers, and external vendors

• Ensure smooth project flow, timely delivery, and quality standards

• Track progress without being involved in technical execution

Strategy & Expansion

• Develop strategies to scale the app development business

• Explore partnerships, collaborations, and B2B opportunities

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity

Performance Tracking

• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, lead conversion, and client retention

• Prepare reports and provide insights to management

• Optimize processes for better efficiency and growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 5–10 years of experience in app development / SaaS / tech industry (business or marketing side)

• Strong background in sales, marketing, or business development

• Experience handling international clients (UAE market exposure preferred)

• Currently based in Dubai, UAE

• Excellent communication and client management skills

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
