Shopify App Developer

At Twisty Designs, we build high-converting Shopify experiences with a strong focus on product personalization and custom ecommerce solutions.

We’re looking for a Shopify App Developer who can help us build scalable, high-performance Shopify apps and push the boundaries of what’s possible in ecommerce.

What you’ll do:

• Build & maintain custom Shopify apps (public/private)

• Develop product personalization features

• Work with Shopify APIs, webhooks & app extensions

• Integrate third-party tools and services

• Optimize performance and scalability
  What we’re looking for:

• 2–5+ years of experience in Shopify app development

• Strong skills in Node.js / Java

Script (React is a plus)

• Hands-on experience with REST/GraphQL APIs

• Understanding of Shopify ecosystem (Liquid, Polaris, etc.)

Tech Stack Required

We are looking for candidates who have understanding or exposure to the following technologies:

Shopify knowledge with hands-on experience is a must

• E-commerce — Shopify (theme customization, app integrations, store setup)

• MERN Stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

• Databases — MongoDB, SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL)

• Cloud — AWS (EC2, S3, deployment & hosting basics)

• Tools — Git, Git

Hub

• AI Systems — RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Pinecone (vector database)

• Others — REST APIs, authentication, scalable backend concepts

Candidates with a strong learning mindset and hands-on project experience in any of the above will be preferred.
