Urbanfix is looking for a senior mobile engineer to build high-performance, scalable cross-platform applications used in real-world environments.

About the Role

This is a hands-on senior position for someone who has deep experience in both Flutter and native mobile development. You will own features end-to-end from architecture and development to release, monitoring, and iteration, while working closely with product, design, and backend teams.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart

• Define and evolve mobile architecture (Clean Architecture, MVVM, BLoC, Riverpod)

• Build pixel-perfect, high-performance UI and complex animations

• Integrate APIs, third-party SDKs, and native modules (Swift/Kotlin when required)

• Own app performance: startup time, frame rate, memory, and battery

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, testing, and deployments

• Manage App Store and Play Store releases end-to-end

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience building and scaling production-grade mobile apps

• Strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and modern state management

• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and system design

• Experience with native mobile development (iOS or Android)

• Strong command over testing, debugging, and performance optimization

• Experience with CI/CD, code signing, and app deployment workflows

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or real-time systems

• Open-source contributions or published packages

• Exposure to Flutter Web/Desktop or monorepo setups
