The Work

We are in search of a seasoned Lead Dev

Ops Engineer to spearhead our innovative Agentic Dev

Ops initiatives. This vital role involves scaling our Generative AI solutions across various cloud environments. You will create and operationalize a flexible Agentic Dev

Ops framework that guarantees production readiness, observability, and deployment efficiency for agentic applications.

As a leader, you will guide a dynamic team of engineers, architects, and Dev

Ops specialists, all focused on delivering top-tier agentic systems that are robust, scalable, and ready for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agentic Dev

Ops Strategy: Develop and implement scalable Dev

Ops frameworks for agentic systems utilizing technologies such as Lang

Graph, Crew AI, Autogen, and other orchestration tools.

• Framework Development: Create reusable scaffolding for managing agent lifecycles, orchestration, monitoring, and metering.

• Cloud-Native Deployment: Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines for both public and private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Production Readiness: Ensure that agentic applications adhere to enterprise-grade standards for security, reliability, and compliance.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage cross-functional teams in Dev

Ops, AI engineering, and client enablement.

• Client Enablement: Work in collaboration with solution architects to customize deployments for client systems and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

Travel may be required for this position, and the extent of travel will depend on business needs and client requirements.

Here’s what you need

• Minimum of 8 years in technical leadership roles, including Dev

Ops, AI/ML, or cloud-native engineering.

• Minimum of 3 years of Python programming experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (e.g., Lang

Graph, Crew AI, Autogen), and prompt engineering.

• Minimum of 6 years of substantial experience in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).

• Minimum of 6 years of experience architecting solutions on Azure.

• Minimum of 1 year in deploying and monitoring Generative AI systems in a production environment.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and multi-agent orchestration.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience. (For Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years work experience is required).

Bonus points if you have

• Experience with enterprise data integration (e.g., SAP, Share

Point).

• Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) or AI/ML.

• Cloud engineering experience on AWS and GCP preferred.

• Strong understanding of cloud security, observability, and cost optimization strategies.

• Prior experience in regulated industries like life sciences or fintech is a plus.
