Your Role

We are searching for a dynamic Senior Dev

Ops Engineer to play a vital role in our AI and Machine Learning initiatives. In this hands-on position, you will lead the development and deployment of scalable, production-quality Generative AI systems, collaborating closely with senior leadership and diverse teams to implement reusable Dev

Ops frameworks and ensure the smooth delivery of agentic applications across various cloud environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement scalable Dev

Ops frameworks for agentic systems using tools such as Lang

Graph, Crew AI, and Autogen.

• Develop reusable components for managing the agent lifecycle, orchestration, monitoring, and metering.

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for public and private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Work collaboratively with engineering and Dev

Ops teams to achieve production readiness, observability, and compliance.

• Engage in client enablement initiatives, providing deployment support and onboarding.

• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of Dev

Ops processes.

This position may require travel based on business needs.

What You Need

• At least 4 years of experience in Dev

Ops, AI/ML engineering, or cloud-native development.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and prompt engineering.

• At least 4 years of experience with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience deploying solutions on Azure.

• At least 1 year of experience with deploying and monitoring Generative AI systems in production.

• A minimum of 3 years working on cloud security, observability, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration.

• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms like SAP or Share

Point.

• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).

• Experience in life sciences, fintech, or regulated industries is desirable.
