Senior DevOps Specialist

We are partnering with a technology-driven organization that is actively modernising its engineering and deployment practices. The company is looking for a highly hands-on Dev

Ops professional who can architect, build, troubleshoot, and continuously improve CI/CD capabilities across multiple teams.

This is not a maintenance-focused role. We are seeking someone who takes ownership, identifies inefficiencies proactively, and drives automation and process improvements independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across engineering teams

• Drive automation initiatives to improve deployment speed, reliability, and engineering efficiency

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex build, deployment, and pipeline failures independently

• Standardise CI/CD practices, reusable templates, and governance across projects and teams

• Establish best practices for Git workflows, branching strategies, pull request governance, and release management

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience designing CI/CD pipelines from scratch

• Ability to clearly explain pipeline architecture, build-test-deploy workflows, approval gates, rollback strategies, and deployment logic

• Proven experience debugging build and deployment issues with strong troubleshooting ownership

• Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and automation best practices

• Demonstrated track record of proactively improving engineering processes, deployment efficiency, or pipeline performance

Strong Advantage If You Have

• Experience implementing reusable pipeline templates and CI/CD standards across teams

• Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible

• Experience with containerisation technologies including Docker and Kubernetes

• Cloud platform exposure across AWS, Azure, or GCP
