Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of software engineering experience

• 3+ years of hands-on Python development in production environments (e.g., FastAPI, Flask)

• 3+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams (minimum team size of 3+)

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation

• 3+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git

Hub Actions, Jenkins, or similar

• 2+ years of experience designing and building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems in production environments

• 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, or EC2

• 1+ year of experience working with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• 1+ year of exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based systems (e.g., model integration, prompt engineering, or inference workflows)

• Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or reusable frameworks (at least 1-2 implementations)

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments supporting high-availability systems

• Demonstrated ability to lead design discussions and drive technical decisions across teams
