About Us

We’re building a B2B SaaS platform for regulatory compliance, where security, correctness, and data integrity are critical.

What You’ll Do

Backend (60%)

• Build high-performance REST APIs in Go (chi, pgx – no ORM)
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, migrations & RLS for multi-tenant systems
• Work with Kafka & Redis for scalable event-driven systems
• Ensure auditability and cryptographic data integrity

Infrastructure (25%)

• Manage Azure-based deployments & Docker environments
• Maintain monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
• Own production deployments, rollbacks & incident handling

Testing & Security (15%)

• Write unit & integration tests
• Enforce robust security practices (PII protection, encryption, validation)

Must Have

• Strong Go experience in production (concurrency, context, error handling)
• Deep PostgreSQL knowledge (indexing, query tuning, EXPLAIN ANALYZE)
• Comfortable with raw SQL (pgx)
• Solid Linux + Docker fundamentals
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred / AWS acceptable)
• Ownership mindset — you build it, you run it
