Tech Delivery Coordinator (SRE/Scrum Exp)

Max Salary we are submitting $120K to $140K + Benefits

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Coordinator (SRE) to join long-established global investment firm. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems that support investment operations and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in SRE practices, hands-on experience working in Scrum environments (including participation in production/on-call rotations), and deep expertise in data pipelines and CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of production systems and services.

• Participate in on-call rotations and handle production incidents, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Collaborate within Scrum/Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting investment analytics and reporting.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, reliable software delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Dev

Ops, or related roles.

• Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and active participation in on-call support.

• Strong experience building and maintaining data pipelines (batch and/or real-time).
