Overall Job Purpose:
Ensures to maintain high level of asset reliability, availability and performance of mechanical equipment within the plant, providing accurate real‑time response to abnormalities and control of operating parameters. Continuously leading cross‑functional teams to maintain and improve plant productions by seeking to improve asset uptime and efficient workflows. Initiatives taker and Work independently and knows when to seek help.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Qualification:

Bachelors of Engineering (Preferred Mechanical discipline) + 6 years as Engineer
Masters of Engineering (Specific discipline) +18 months as Engineer
Experience:
10+ years experience as Smelter Reliability Engineer
Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Advance understanding of engineering components, systems and processes.
Conceptualizing engineering components, hydraulic systems , pneumatic systems and electrical systems

Lead reliability initiatives and Operational improvement optimization by implementing initiatives that are balancing technical, operational and financial requirements
