Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Experience: 2-3 years

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team working on high-impact projects that shape the future of technology in the financial industry. This role focuses on building and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure to support innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure.

• Monitor system health and performance using ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus; proactively identify and resolve issues.

• Manage and optimize containerized applications in Kubernetes (k8s) environments.

• Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines and configuration management solutions.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure reliability and scalability in new services.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years in SRE, Dev

Ops, or similar infrastructure-focused roles.

• Hands-on experience with observability platforms: ELK, Grafana, Prometheus.

• Proficiency with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration.

• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with automation tools.

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

• Certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, or related technologies.
