Lead and manage a team of Site Reliability Engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
Oversee the reliability and scalability of systems, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers.
Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve processes and increase efficiency within the team and organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and operations, to drive the reliability of systems and resolve any issues.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to improve overall system health.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to systems reliability and make recommendations for improvement.
Train and educate team members on new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Develop and maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
