You will be working on enhancing a Salesforce Service Cloud environment focused on improving customer support operations. The role involves building scalable solutions, streamlining case management processes, and integrating Salesforce with external platforms to create a seamless support experience.

Key skills and Experience required

• Strong hands-on development experience within Salesforce Service Cloud

• Solid coding ability using Apex and Lightning Web Components

• Experience configuring core Service Cloud features (cases, workflows, service console)

• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs

• Good understanding of data structures and platform architecture within Salesforce

• Experience building and optimizing automation using Flow

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
