Cloud & Infrastructure Operations</b>

• Manage day -to -day operations across AWS and GCP, including provisioning, configuration, scaling, and maintenance of cloud resources.

• Support compute, storage, networking, IAM, Kubernetes, and managed services across cloud environments.

• Implement and maintain infrastructure -as -code (Terraform preferred), and automation tooling.

• Support and maintain on -prem data centre infrastructure (HGX infrastructure) including servers, networking, storage, and rack management.

• Monitor system performance, hardware utilization, and ensure high availability of hosted workloads.

• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and issue resolution.
  </span></li>
• Manage and administer Linux servers (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL).

• Perform routine patching, updates, backup operations, and performance tuning.
  </span></li>
• Troubleshoot OS -level, network, and application issues.</span>
  </li></ul>

Security & Privacy Operations</b>
</div>

• Implement baseline security controls across cloud and on -prem environments.

• Assist in vulnerability assessments, patching, and remediation of identified risks.
  </span></li>
• Help enforce compliance with security and privacy policies aligned to standards like ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and internal governance guidelines.
  </span></li>
• Participate in incident response activities, root -cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  </span></li>
• Provide timely support to internal teams for infrastructure and cloud -related issues.
  </span></li></ul>

Documentation & Collaboration</b>

• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge bases.

• Work with engineering and ml teams to support project deployments and operational requirements.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</span>

Requirements</h3>

Tech Skills</span></b>

• At Least 3 years of hands -on experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.</span></span></span></span></span>
  </span></span></li>
• Strong experience with Linux administration and system troubleshooting</span></span></span></span></span>
  </span></span></li>
• Understanding of virtualization, compute, storage concepts, VPCs, firewalls, and networking fundamentals.</span></span></span></span></span>
  </span></span></li>
• Experience with IaC frameworks (Terraform preferred).</span></span></span></span></span>
  </span></span></li>
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.</span></span></span></span></span>
  </span></span></li>
• Knowledge of data centre operations, monitoring, and hardware troubleshooting.</span></span></span></span></span>
  </span></span></li>
• Basic understanding of vulnerability management, identity and access controls, and data security principles.</span></span></span></span></span>

• Knowledge of industry security standards such as ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, NIST, etc., is preferred.</span></span></span></span></span>
