Experience Required:
10+ years of overall IT experience in solution architecture and system design Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Instanda solutioning and implementations

Domain Expertise:
Strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain Familiarity with the insurance product lifecycle, including underwriting, claims, and policy administration

Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies:
Instanda Platform Expertise: Solution design, configuration, and implementation of insurance products on Instanda API Integrations: Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations between Instanda and external systems (policy administration, claims, billing, CRM, and reinsurance platforms) Programming Knowledge: Hands-on experience with .NET (ASP/C#), Java

Script, or Python for integration and customization Architecture & Design: Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions Implementation Experience : End-to-end delivery of Instanda projects, including setup, configuration, and deployment

Responsibilities:
Lead solution architecture and technical design for Instanda implementations Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and insurance SMEs to translate requirements into technical solutions Define and oversee API integration strategies with external systems Provide hands-on support during implementation, ensuring quality and timely delivery Establish best practices, governance, and standards for Instanda solutioning Conduct technical workshops and clearly communicate complex solutions to stakeholders Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and data security standards
