We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and oversee the architecture of a Salesforce Service Cloud ecosystem integrated with multiple external systems. This role requires defining scalable, secure and high-performing solutions while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and providing technical leadership to delivery teams.
Responsibilities
Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations
Design scalable and secure solutions aligned with business needs and technical specifications
Ensure optimal use of Service Cloud capabilities such as Service Console, Omni-Channel, CTI and Knowledge
Design and govern integrations with external systems like ERP, CRM and third-party platforms
Define API strategies using REST/SOAP, event-driven architectures and middleware platforms like Mule

Provide technical leadership for development teams, conducting design and code reviews
Establish and enforce architecture standards, design principles and reusable components
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions
Present architecture solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure compliance with performance, scalability and security requirements
Define security architecture and ensure appropriate data protection and access controls
Develop CI/CD pipelines, environment strategies and release management approaches
Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies
Oversee critical incidents and production releases, providing architectural guidance
Requirements
Minimum 9 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on Salesforce architecture, especially Service Cloud
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and constraints
Proven experience in designing complex integrations across APIs, middleware and event-driven systems
Knowledge of integration patterns, data architecture and system design
Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, microservices and cloud-native architectures
Hands-on experience with Apex, Salesforce Lightning (LWC/Aura) and data models
Background in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect or Technical Architect
