Solution Head - IT Architecture & Consulting

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Head to lead our architecture and solutioning practice, driving high-impact digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, consulting, and business strategy and can confidently engage with CXOs to shape future-ready IT landscapes.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across cloud, applications, data, and infrastructure

• Partner with CIOs/CTOs to define strategic technology roadmaps

• Drive solutioning for large deals, RFPs, and complex engagements

• Build scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise architectures

• Mentor and lead a high-performing solution architecture team

What we’re looking for:

• 15+ years of experience in IT architecture and solutioning

• Strong exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), enterprise systems, and modern architectures

• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decisions

• Background in IT services, consulting, or system integration

Location: Mumbai
