Gen AI Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect (Solution Architect) to design, build, and scale advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure cloud services, Databricks , and enterprise system integrations, along with the ability to translate business needs into robust AI architectures.
Key Responsibilities

• AI Architecture & Design Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures using Azure Cloud services and the Databricks platform

• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Oracle databases

• AI Solution Development & Delivery Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions from concept to production

• Define and implement AI guardrails (ethical AI, bias mitigation, data privacy, governance)

• Establish evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure model performance, reliability, and business impact

• Rapid Prototyping & Innovation Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility and demonstrate value of AI solutions

• Quickly iterate on prototypes and refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback

• Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives

• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams

• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and technologies
  Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI/ML architecture design and deployment

• Hands-on expertise with:

• Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)

• Databricks (Spark, ML workflows, Delta Lake)

• Experience integrating AI solutions with:

• Salesforce (SFDC)

• Oracle Database systems

• Solid understanding of:

• AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices

• Model evaluation techniques and performance metrics

• Proven ability to develop and deliver rapid POCs

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
