Role: Senior Platform Engineer IAM ( Onsite in Houston, TX)

Key Highlights:

• Build and operate enterprise-scale IAM platforms using Forge

Rock / Ping

Federate / Okta / Keycloak.

• Deep work in SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM and production SSO/MFA architectures.

• Ownership of Terraform module architecture, Terraform Enterprise (TFE), Sentinel policies, and internal IaC constraints.

• Engineering across AWS multi-account environments, cross-account IAM, and high-security guardrails.

• CI/CD using Bitbucket Jenkins Spinnaker TFE OR ArgoCD depending on team track.

• Backend development in Java, Go, and Python.

• Architecture work: C4 diagrams, ADRs, system design reviews.

• High ownership environment with minimal handholding and strong expectation of senior-level autonomy.

This is a hands-on, endtoend engineering role ideal for someone who is equally comfortable with IAM systems, infrastructure-as-code, and backend services.
