At Novus Hi-Tech Robotics, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data & Platform Engineer to architect and scale the core infrastructure that drives multimodal sensor intelligence, AI training pipelines, and autonomous decision-making systems.

🔹About the Role

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-bandwidth multimodal sensor data and the MLOps platform that orchestrates training, annotation, and evaluation. This is a foundational hire responsible for the critical path of the company's data-to-model loop.

🔹 What You’ll Work On

• Data Architecture: Design and implement a multi-layered data lake (ingestion, processing, and indexing) for massive volumes of sensor telemetry and video.

• MLOps Orchestration: Build the backend services that manage datasets, versioning, and the execution of complex training and evaluation pipelines.

• Quality & Lineage: Ensure data integrity through content-addressed storage, deduplication, and rigorous schema management.

🔹 Key Qualifications

• Backend Mastery: Advanced Python with deep experience in high-performance API frameworks and asynchronous programming.

• Large-Scale Data: Proven track record with modern data lake technologies (ACID transactions, schema evolution, time-traveling) and columnar storage formats.

• Systems Design: Experience building distributed systems using task queues, message brokers, and optimized relational databases.

• Domain Context: Experience handling large-scale time-series, IoT, or multimodal data in a production environment.

• 3–5 years of experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Computer Science Engineering / Artificial Intelligence / Data Engineering
