Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar

Winds Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize the Solar

Winds monitoring platform across multiple modules. The role involves infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and direct client interaction, along with team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Solar

Winds platform across various modules

• Handle enhancements, development, and optimization of the Solar

Winds environment

• Monitor infrastructure across:
• Network
• Servers
• Storage
• ITSM systems
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Lead and guide a team of 8 professionals
• Support database-related activities using SQL
• Operate across both Windows and Linux environments

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Solar

Winds NPM (Network Performance Monitor)

• Solar

Winds SAM (Server & Application Monitor)

• Experience in:
• Server monitoring
• Logging
• Net

Flow analysis

• Exposure to multiple Solar

Winds modules

• Good understanding of SQL and database operations
• Experience working on Windows & Linux platforms
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience

Good to Have

Winds certifications

• Exposure to automation and scripting
