About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Info

Sec Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate is someone who has completed Networking and Security certifications and is eager to kickstart their career in security. This role provides hands-on experience with Security related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Managing security solutions .
Customer facing activities like Proof of Concept (PoC), Implementation and Post Sale Support.
Support the deployment and configuration of Security Products .
Analyze security alerts and work with senior analysts to respond to incidents.
Maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
Stay up-to-date with recent threats and updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity , or related field.
Customer Obsession and eager to build champions among key contacts.
Curious to learn new technologies.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, VPN, HTTP/S).
Familiarity with cloud services and cybersecurity fundamentals .
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a quick-paced workplace.
Willing to Travel based on the needs of Zscaler.

Added Advantage:
Internship or project experience related to cloud or network security.
Knowledge of SIEM tools , firewalls, or endpoint security.
Awareness of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK; or NIST .
