Balaji Wafers, with their decades of priceless experience in cultivating and processing potatoes, and Iscon Group (an eminent real estate firm), with their unparalleled guidance and strategies have been our torchbearers throughout our journey, which began with manufacturing potato flakes. https://isconbalajifoods.com/**About the Role - Roles & Responsibilities**- Oversee the selection, configuration, and security of firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and data encryption programs.- Act as the custodian of the IT infrastructure for the whole organisation.Responsible for the efficient running, maintenance, monitoring and tracking of IT Infrastructure.Drive the selection and implementation of effective key service platforms, including on-premises physical and virtual cloud environments.Configures, tests security-related technologies and patches high-risk vulnerabilities.Monitoring firewall logs and network activity for unusual or concerning behaviour.Reviews emerging threats and safeguards and stays up to date on cybersecurity trends.Able to guide and drive the implementation of data privacy laws.Experience with cybersecurity and architecture testing, Information System security assessment framework (ISSAF), Penetration Testing standards, etc.Familiar with Cybersecurity standard frameworks, controls, technology, and solutions.(Preferred to have any certification,s CISSP/CISA/CISM).Familiarity with cybersecurity testing and mitigation plan, e.g. network discovery, vulnerability scanning, network sniffing, protecting from phishing, brand reputation monitoring, detecting data leaks, safeguarding integration, APIS.Should be able to lead a team of IT infrastructure.Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT security and information security, implementing robust policies and processes while overseeing compliance-related activities, including ISMS audits. Manage ISMS and GT control audits, ISO 27001 policies implementation. Should have knowledge about Endpoint security, DLP, and Antispam.Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. Top candidates will be comfortable working with a variety of technologies, security problems, and troubleshooting of the network.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications.
