Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Systems Analyst – Manufacturing with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA / ECC, MES, and Labeling systems to support manufacturing operations for a global client. The ideal candidate will drive production execution, system optimization, and integration while working closely with supply chain and operations stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

• Collaborate with Supply Chain & Manufacturing stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Define system scope, objectives, and solution architecture for enhancements

Configuration & Optimization

• Configure SAP Manufacturing (S/4 / ECC), MES, and Labeling solutions
• Optimize production execution processes and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• Ensure system performance, stability, and scalability

System Enhancements

• Identify and implement system improvements and automation opportunities
• Work with development teams for custom solutions and testing
• Drive AI-enabled enhancements for supply chain and manufacturing efficiency

Integration & Support

• Support integrations between SAP, MES, Labeling, and other enterprise systems
• Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshooting
• Act as escalation point for complex manufacturing system issues

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor system performance and user feedback
• Implement best practices for system maintenance, upgrades, and process optimization

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Manufacturing (S/4HANA / ECC)
• Hands-on experience with MES and Labeling systems
• Knowledge of Production Execution & Batch Traceability
• Understanding of Supply Chain & Manufacturing processes
• Experience in system configuration, optimization, and integrations
• Robust experience in requirement gathering (BRD, FDD, User Stories, Test Cases)
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Food Manufacturing domain
• Exposure to AI-driven manufacturing optimization
• SAP Certification or Six Sigma

Experience Required

• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 5+ years in SAP Manufacturing / MES / Labeling environments
