Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to quality processes while promoting ethical and professional conduct.

• Minimize deployment costs, lead times, and operational risks through efficient and scalable network design.

• Develop BTN requirements with a strong focus on network dimensioning, especially in IP-MPLS and cybersecurity domains.

• Support functional validation activities and assist in troubleshooting complex network issues.

• Prepare and execute detailed design reviews while managing technical gaps and improvement areas.

• Collaborate closely with installation teams, cybersecurity experts, and power specialists to contribute to technical reviews and deployment readiness.

• Provide support during deployment activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of network solutions.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in networking architecture and backbone transmission network design is required.

• Expertise in Cisco LAN switching, Cisco ACI, and routing technologies is essential.

• Solid understanding of IPv4/IPv6 protocols, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and QoS is expected.

• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS-XR and Nokia TMOS platforms is important.

• Experience with network security solutions such as firewalls, Cisco ISE, and Cisco NAC is valuable.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and secure network design practices is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as Cisco certifications or CCNP are beneficial.

• Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills are needed.

Education:

B.E. or B.Tech in Engineering is required.
