Cisco Email Security Engineer

Role: Email Security Engineer

Location: Greater Noida/Hyderabad/Pune

Skills and Experience Required

• 5–10 years of experience in security operations, including:

• Email security administration

• Endpoint protection / EDR operations

• Incident response support

• Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco Secure Email, including:

• Policy tuning

• Phishing investigations

• Operational and trend reporting

• Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco Secure Endpoint, including:

• Alert triage and tuning

• Endpoint response actions

• Ability to manage false positives, maintain allow/block controls, and continuously improve detection efficacy through tuning.

• Strong understanding of email authentication and hygiene controls such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, along with secure baseline practices.

• Clear documentation and communication skills for escalations, reporting, SOPs, and runbook maintenance.
