Container Security SME

Container Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) works with Attack Surface Management team . This is a remote contract role focused on strengthening security posture across a large-scale, multi-cloud, cloud‑native environment .

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in container and Kubernetes security , vulnerability management at scale, and CNAPP tooling within enterprise environments.

Must Have:

• 4+ years of cloud security experience with a strong focus on container security & vulnerability management

• Hands-on experience securing container orchestration platforms at scale (hundreds of thousands of vulnerabilities)

• Experience with Wiz or Orca

• Production experience with CNAPP / CWPP tooling in enterprise environments

• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable guidance

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security scanning

• (Terraform, Cloud

Formation, or Helm chart analysis)

Nice to Have:

• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Go

• Relevant certifications such as:

• CKS, CKA, CCSP, CCSK, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer
