Become a part of the Cloud Assurance, Readiness & Compliance (CloudARC) team at Cisco's Security & Trust Organization (STO). Here, we are dedicated to building customer trust by ensuring that Cisco's cloud portfolio adheres to the highest security standards and global certifications. You will serve as a vital bridge among engineering, legal, and our global customers, embedding security throughout Cisco's operations.
Your Contribution
As a Compliance Security Analyst, you will play an essential role in achieving and maintaining global compliance certifications for Cisco's cloud offerings. This position allows you to navigate complex regulatory environments and transforms compliance into a business enabler that enhances transparency and trust. You will have the unique opportunity to work across a variety of product ecosystems and influence security on a global scale, ensuring customer trust is prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead compliance readiness efforts, conduct control assessments, and collaborate on external audits with CloudARC leadership, Product Management, and Engineering.
Achieve and uphold global compliance certifications and regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to SOC2, ISO27001/17/18, ENS, and C5.
Contribute to local and regional initiatives focused on data privacy, security, and cloud compliance.
Work together with stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Legal to establish industry-leading trust through security measures and compliance.
Translate complex technical requirements into practical compliance strategies for various stakeholders across the business ecosystem.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a relevant technical field.
3+ years of direct experience managing compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to perform technical control assessments and manage external audits for cloud services.
Experience aligning technical infrastructure to global standards such as Spain ENS, Germany C5, or Japan ISMAP.
Strong technical understanding of cloud security architecture and data protection principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CCSK, or equivalents.
Familiarity with various international frameworks, including Australia IRAP or CSA STAR.
A strategic mindset capable of developing and scaling compliance initiatives in dynamic settings.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present technical requirements to diverse stakeholders.
A strong enthusiasm for security innovation and a commitment to improving customer trust through transparency.

Salary Information: The starting salary range for this position is $91,600.00 to $116,200.00, reflecting the expected range for new hires. Pay is influenced by the candidate's location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications. Individual compensation may also include benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid parental leave, and stock options in Cisco.
