Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver skilled training for Security Operations Center (SOC) Level 1 & 2 modules. You will train students on real-world concepts including threat detection, SIEM tools (like Splunk, QRadar), incident response, and more, helping them become job-ready cybersecurity professionals.Key Responsibilities:Deliver live online training on SOC L1 & L2 concepts in a structured and engaging format.Cover key topics such as:Fundamentals of SOCSecurity monitoring & alertingSIEM tools: Splunk, IBM QRadar

Incident detection & response

Ticketing & escalation processesMITRE ATT&CK; framework

Basic malware analysis, phishing, and log correlation

Prepare study material, practice labs, and real-world use cases.Conduct assessments, resolve student queries, and mentor learners.Stay updated with the latest SOC trends and tools.Required Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of experience working in a SOC environment (L1 or L2 Analyst role).Strong hands-on knowledge of SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, etc.).Good command over cybersecurity fundamentals, incident handling, and ticketing systems.Prior training or mentoring experience preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to handle Q&A; sessions and support students with career guidance.Nice to Have:Certifications like CompTIA Security+, CEH, Splunk Core Certified, or IBM QRadar Certified.
