QA Engineer III

We are looking for QA engineers with experience in manual testing of mobile applications, along with Appium skills to write automation suites. We religiously follow a TDD (test-driven development) approach. As a QA engineer at Shaadi.com, you are expected to own the requirements and constantly add value, not just by reporting what is working but by identifying what should work to improve the product.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of QA experience in consumer products with a heavy focus on mobile applications and websites.

• Education: BE/ME (Comp/IT), MCA, or B. Tech/M. Tech.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning and the ability to adhere to Agile principles.

• Defect Mastery: Expert-level critical thinking regarding defect management and tracking.

• Technical Stack: Good hold on SQL and experience in functional, regression, and integration testing of API services.

• Tools and Frameworks: Hands-on expertise in Selenium, Appium, Postman, and framework designing/development.

• User Advocacy: A passion for UX best practices and identifying edge cases to increase release reliability.

• Agility: Flexibility to work on multiple technologies and languages as per project needs.
