Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements to design test scenarios and test cases.

• Prepare and execute test plans for Functional, System, Integration, and UAT testing.

• Execute test cases, log defects, track closure, and perform retesting/regression.

• Coordinate with developers, business users, and stakeholders for issue resolution.

• Maintain test artifacts such as test cases, traceability matrix, and test reports.

• Support go-live activities and post-production validation.

• Work in Agile / Waterfall delivery models and participate in sprint ceremonies (as applicable).

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect management lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience with testing tools like JIRA

• Experience in BFSI domain (Core Banking, Cards/Payments)

• Exposure to automation testing (Selenium / SQL validation) is an added advantage.

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
