QA Engineer

1. To ensure the QA activities are executed as per documented.
2. To motivate, train and guide the QA personnels in their respective job function.
3. To conduct investigation on all quality issues filed by customers and production.
4. To ensure proper filing of all quality inspection and other related reports and documents.
5. To conduct internal audit whenever necessary and to act as Quality Management Representative.
6. To update the Management on any quality issues either internally or from customers.
7. To follow-up on CARs and PARs from customers / to suppliers and to ensure the necessary actions are taken to resolve the non-conformance issues.
8. To issue non-conformance report and deal with suppliers if any non-conformance is found during inspection.
9. To issue QDSR to production if rejected incoming parts need sorting by production.
10. To review through the new project or revised drawing together with Manager.
11. To prepare ISIR and PPAP for sample submission.
