What you’ll achieve As a QA (Automation & Development) Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our Patient Portal (PXCS application). You will work closely within Scrum teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Be a key member of Agile Scrum team and Lead and influence testing activities in Agile Scrum teams, championing practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and iterative testing to enhance software quality. Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle rather than solely at the end. Define and oversee the creation, maintenance, and execution of automated and manual test scripts, with a focus on maximizing automation coverage using tools like Selenium, Test Complete, and Playwright. What you’ll bring Essential Requirements 4- 6 years hands on and strong in Testing process, methodologies Should have worked as part of Scrum delivery model Good in basics of programming with fair to good experience developing automation scripts using any tool. Should have working knowledge or experience with automation test frameworks for web-based applications, and be capable of making small to moderately complex changes to existing frameworks using automation tools such as Selenium, Test
Complete, Playwright, etc Should have a good Knowledge on Agile methodology and understand Agile practices (Daily scrum, Iteration planning, Retrospective, Test driven Development) Should have a good understanding of STLC processes, QA life cycle and methodology Should have strong knowledge on Object-Oriented Programming concepts and software architecture Excellent communication skills and ability to be a good team player. Desirable Requirements ISTQB or equivalent certification Experience working in healthcare software development or regulated environments Good knowledge in configuring and scheduling jobs in CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Azure
