Qa Lead Us Shift Bhubaneswar (India)

We are looking for a highly experienced QA Lead to own and drive the end-to-end quality strategy across our products. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on technical expertise (automation + manual testing) and team leadership . You will be responsible for building scalable QA processes, leading automation initiatives, mentoring QA engineers, and ensuring high-quality releases in a quick-paced Agile setting.

The ideal candidate is someone who thinks beyond testing and takes ownership of product quality .

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall QA strategy (manual + automation).
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers.
Design and oversee test automation frameworks and ensure CI/CD integration.
Ensure complete test coverage across functional, regression, API, and integration testing .
Own release quality , including test planning, execution, and sign-off.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Dev

Ops teams to ensure quality across the SDLC .
Track and improve QA metrics (defect leakage, test coverage, automation efficiency).
Identify risks, drive process improvements , and ensure continuous quality enhancement.

Requirements

6–10+ years of experience in QA, with 2+ years in a lead role .
Strong experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing .
Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Appium .
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Java

Script, or C# ).
Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest

Assured) and SQL/database validation .
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git

Hub Actions, Azure Dev

Ops).
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies .
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
