QA Lead (Vijayawada)

We are looking for a highly experienced QA Lead to own and drive the end-to-end quality strategy across our products. This role requires a solid balance of hands-on technical expertise (automation + manual testing) and team leadership. You will be responsible for building scalable QA processes, leading automation initiatives, mentoring QA engineers, and ensuring high-quality releases in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate is someone who thinks beyond testing and takes ownership of product quality.Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall QA strategy (manual + automation). Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers. Design and oversee test automation frameworks and ensure CI/CD integration. Ensure complete test coverage across functional, regression, API, and integration testing. Own release quality, including test planning, execution, and sign-off. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Dev

Ops teams to ensure quality across the SDLC. Track and improve QA metrics (defect leakage, test coverage, automation efficiency). Identify risks, drive process improvements, and ensure continuous quality enhancement.Requirements6–10+ years of experience in QA, with 2+ years in a lead role. Strong experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing. Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Appium. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Java
