Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor on all Total Rewards matters across the region
Provide expert consultation on compensation frameworks, policies, and practices
Support market pricing, salary benchmarking, and structure design
Contribute to incentive plan design and pay equity analysis
Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align rewards strategies with business objectives
Analyse and interpret data to support decision-making and recommendations
Ensure effective communication and implementation of reward programmes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
5–10 years’ experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or a similar HR function
Strong expertise in: Market pricing and salary structures
Incentive schemes
Pay equity and benchmarking
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working in a multinational environment, ideally covering Africa and/or the Middle East
Exposure to HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP Success
