You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions.

How you will contribute

You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

ASievo

System Admin is the primary owner of the

Sievo

SaaS platform — ensuring its secure, stable, and optimized operation while enabling business users through effective access management, integrations, and vendor coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the

Sievo

SaaS platform runs securely and efficiently withoptimalperformance

• Develop andmaintainprocedures for platform maintenance, including upgrades, configuration changes, and data backups

• Oversee the platform lifecycle — managing environment configurations, releases, and rollouts

• Continuously monitor

Sievosystem performance,conductingtroubleshooting and diagnostics as needed

• Centralize and manage user access, leveraging SSO/LDAP or

Sievo'snative access management capabilities

• Meet SLAs for incident resolution andmaintainconsistent service levels for business users

SKILLS & COMPETENCES

• Strong understanding of SaaS platform architecture and cloud-based application management

• Experience managing system security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in SaaS environments

• Proficiencyin identity and access management, including SSO, LDAP, and role-based access control (RBAC)

• Familiarity with IT service management principles, particularly incidentmanagementand SLA adherence

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to platform performance and security

• Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with SaaS platform upgrades, data migrations, and vendor coordination

ENGAGEMENT

• Ensure

Sievoplatform maintenance aligns with business needs, procurement processes, and compliance requirements

• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders tomaintaina stable and secure

Sievoenvironment

• Facilitate change requests, assessing and implementing necessary configuration adjustments in

Sievo

• Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate

Sievowith ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other data sources

• Collaborate with the Procurement/Data Governance team to implement business use cases in

Sievo

• Ensure smooth user onboarding andassistin managing roles and permissions across the platform

SIEVO INVOLVEMENT

• Act as the technical administrator for the

Sievoplatform, responsible for system performance, user management, and configuration

• Manage permissions and entitlements in

Sievo, ensuringappropriate accessaligned with business roles

• Oversee

Sievoversion upgrades and release management, coordinating with the

Sievovendor for updates

• Support dataintegrationswith

Sievo, ensuringaccuratedata flow from source systems (ERP, spend data, etc.)

• Work closely with business and technical teams tooptimize

Sievoplatform usage and ensure compliance with governance and security standards

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the

Sievovendor for support escalations and platform enhancements
