We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead and optimize our enterprise infrastructure environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and play a key role in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage and support virtualized environments (VMware, Nutanix AHV)

• Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)

• Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems

Cloud & Enterprise Systems

• Manage Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure, M365, Entra ID)

• Support Exchange (On-prem & Online) and Share

Point environments

• Oversee MS SQL clustering and enterprise applications

Backup, DR & Security

• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, etc.)

• Ensure data integrity, recovery readiness, and DR compliance

• Implement security hardening and patch management

Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor systems using enterprise tools (Zabbix, Op

Manager, etc.)

• Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues

• Drive continuous improvements and system optimization

Job Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong experience in virtualization and enterprise infrastructure

• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Windows Server, M365)

• Solid understanding of backup, DR, and monitoring tools

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in system administration/infrastructure

• Relevant certifications are a plus
