Role Overview

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support both internal teams and client-facing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems.

• Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.

• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Collaborate with IT teams to support application development and integration.

• Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international IT standards.

• Support end-users with technical assistance and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and virtualization.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
