Associate Director, System Administrator, Treasury and Markets

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure for the Treasury department, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.

• Implement and support treasury applications, electronic trading platforms and systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of treasury systems with other banking systems.

• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive steps to optimize system operations.

• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration settings, procedures, and best practices.

• Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.

• Provide technical support and training to treasury staff on system usage.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on electronic trading platforms.

• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting trading systems, network infrastructure and server environments.

• Strong understanding of cyber security principles and practices.

• Familiarity with financial industry regulations and compliance requirements.
