Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced L3 IT Support Engineer to manage advanced technical issues, system administration, and infrastructure support in a high-volume BPO environment. The candidate should have strong expertise in Ubuntu/Linux systems, troubleshooting, and handling critical escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 3 support for complex IT issues and critical incidents
Install, configure, and maintain Ubuntu/Linux servers and systems
Troubleshoot OS, network, hardware, and application-level issues
Manage and support dialer systems (preferred in BPO environment)
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
Handle server management, patching, and upgrades
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
Coordinate with L1 & L2 teams for issue resolution and knowledge sharing
Maintain system documentation and SOPs
Ensure data security, backups, and compliance standards
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux OS (installation, configuration, commands)
Expertise in Linux command line & shell scripting (basic level)
Experience in server management and troubleshooting
Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with BPO dialer systems (e.g., Ameyo Drishti) – Manadatory
Understanding of system monitoring tools
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications in Linux/Ubuntu (RHCE, LPIC, etc.) are an advantage
Experience in BPO/Call Center IT environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
