Position:- IT System Administrator

Required experience: 1 to 3 Years
Job location: Mohali Punjab

Responsibilities

• Proven experience is required in IT-Software Development organization.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

• Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions

• Ensure regular system backups and data security practices

• Configure and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks and internet connectivity

• Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and applications

• Maintain IT inventory and track hardware/software assets

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and procurement

• Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure and systems

Requirements

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems

• Knowledge of Windows systems, MS Office, and troubleshooting techniques

• Familiarity with routers, switches, printers, and network devices

• Understanding of system security and backup processes

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
