Learning Management System Administrator

Knowledge Networks is hiring LMS Administrator

Experience: 1–3 years

Contract Duration: Initial 3 months, extendable up to 1 year based on performance

Are you passionate about creating seamless digital learning experiences? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LMS Administrator to manage our Learning Management System and support the successful delivery of both self-paced learning programs and live virtual sessions .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage course uploads, enrollments, and user access within the LMS

• Configure, upload, and maintain SCORM/xAPI content

• Track learner progress and generate reports for stakeholders

• Schedule and manage live learning sessions through Zoom and Microsoft Teams integrated with the LMS

• Handle attendance tracking, session links, and learner communications

• Provide real-time support during live sessions to ensure a smooth learner experience

• Upload session recordings and post-session learning resources

• Troubleshoot LMS-related and user issues promptly and effectively
  What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in LMS administration or a similar role

• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle , Cornerstone , or similar systems

• Familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams

• Good understanding of SCORM , xAPI , and LMS reporting

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Initial contract period of 3 months

• Opportunity for extension up to 1 year , based on performance
