Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage advanced telecommunications networks, including wired and wireless infrastructure. Oversee network capacity planning, monitoring, and optimization initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure minimal service disruption. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align network capabilities with business needs. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies for potential integration. Develop and enforce network security policies and best practices. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications network engineering. Demonstrated expertise in IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and switching. Experience with wireless technologies (LTE, 5G), fiber optics, and VoIP. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE) are a plus.
