Lead Telecommunications Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage advanced telecommunications networks, including wired and wireless infrastructure. Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance and project oversight. Develop network architecture strategies to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability. Oversee network capacity planning, monitoring, and optimization initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure minimal service disruption. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications network engineering. Demonstrated expertise in IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and switching. Experience with wireless technologies (LTE, 5G), fiber optics, and VoIP. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE) are a plus.
