Job Description

• Provide second-tier technical support for daily system and network infrastructure operations.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network issues efficiently.

• Plan, design, and implement system and network solutions, including data center, LAN, WAN, and SD‑WAN environments.

• Conduct project implementation, including system installation, configuration, testing, and change requests.

• Offer technical expertise in network infrastructure design, configuration, and project deployment.

• Manage testing and certification of network designs, products, and services.

• Prepare network diagrams and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.

• Perform system and network changes, patch updates, and support ad hoc infrastructure tasks.

• Ensure network resilience, security, and optimal performance.

• Maintain a five‑day work week and participate in training and staff wellness programs.

• Adhere to company policies on confidentiality and data privacy in all tasks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Information Technology or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of technical support and administration experience on Windows and Linux platforms.

• Certification in CCNA, CCNP, FCA, or MCSE is an advantage.

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.

• Experience with Fortinet firewalls and H3C switches preferred.

• Strong understanding of OSPF, BGP, MPLS, policy‑based routing, load balancing, and network segmentation.

• Experience with virtualization software.

• Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Good team player, willing to learn, and adaptable.

• Fluent in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

• Willingness to work after office hours and travel when required.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position.
