Job Description:
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of our voice network infrastructure. This includes the design, deployment, and maintenance of systems such as Audio
Codes SBCs, OVOC, and Media Gateways, as well as the administration of Cisco CUCM and CME environments. Key responsibilities include call routing configuration, endpoint provisioning, performance monitoring, and providing advanced technical support.
The role also involves documenting system configurations and processes to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality voice services. Close collaboration with cross-functional IT teams is essential to ensure seamless system integration.

Work Schedule:
45 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Shift Options:
Opening Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Closing Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
On-call support for P1/P2 incidents: 24/7 (as needed)
Work Setup:
Onsite Requirement:
Required to report onsite twice per week
Regular onsite schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday
Schedule may change depending on business needs
