Job Description

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, and networking equipment.

• Troubleshoot system and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.

• Manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.

• Perform regular system upgrades, backups, and security checks.

• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related queries.

• Monitor network performance and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking protocols, and security practices.

• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and server management.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
