Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues without supervision and assist employees & customers with IT-related problems.

Deep understanding of Network infrastructure and device configurations.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

Candidates with bachelor's degree/diploma with any specialisation.

Willingness to work at various locations in Thrissur and UAE.
