🚀 Hiring: SQL + Splunk Support Engineer - FTE

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

🕒 Shift: Rotational (Between 9 AM – 9 PM) | 5 Days WFO

🎯 Experience: 5–12 Years

⚡ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

🔧 Primary Skill:

• Strong expertise in SQL (query development, joins, debugging, performance tuning, stored procedures)

🔍 Secondary Skill:

• Hands-on experience with Splunk (log monitoring, dashboards, alert troubleshooting)

💡 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for enterprise applications

• Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks

• Work on incident, change, and problem management workflows

• Monitor systems and ensure application stability

🛠 Additional Skills:

• ITSM Tools: Zendesk, Jira

• Scripting: Shell / Power

Shell

• OS: Linux / Windows

• Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP

• Integration: APIs, Middleware, Queues, Message Brokers.
